SPORT IS GREAT

Don`t you think it`s time to start exercising?Nowadays more and more people do sports. Speed, endurance, teamwork, discipline are some of the benefits that you can you get when you do sports.

Firstly, sport improves your health and controls your weight. Moreover, being active in sport increases your coordination, balance, flexibility and makes you feel good. It also helps your mind because it builds the ability to concentrate and develop problem solving skills. Students who play sports work harder and do well at school.

Secondly, sports can help you learn social interaction. In competition, you quickly learn how to work in teams and how to rely on your team mates to win the game. Being part of a team is fun and social.

In my case, I have done sports since I was very little. At school I played soccer and basketball. I loved being part of a team and sharing experiences. Nowadays, I go running along the beach every morning and try to be in shape. So If I were in your shoes, I would take up any sport right no. As far as I’m concerned, it’s never too late to find a sport that suits you.
